For Candidates:

We are providing placements services for our candidates for all over India.

(a) If any candidates wish to apply through our refernces, they have to follow our few norms. Below we mention it briefly.

(b) If he / she are interested to apply for job they have to send resume to our team otherwise (consultant) after filling the application form.

(c) When candidates is going for the interview then compulsory they have to mention our consultancy name on his/her resume so company can easily aware.

(d) If any candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he/she has to inform and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our record otherwise directly inform to our team or any concern person from Genius Consultancy.

(e) If any candidate is working through our reference in our client company then we can’t place that candidate to any another company till he/ she can’t left the job.

Terms:

If we are dealing with our client then it’s our first priority to make a proper agreement between Genius Consultancy and client.

Consulting Fee:

The consulting fee will be the same as the first month Salary in two installments. First installment after getting Selection Confirmation ( same day of selection ) and second installment after getting 3rd month salary by the company.

Note : We are asking payments only if you will have the selection confirmation.
